4Play, one of Cape Town’s favourite and most enduring rock bands, are rocking the house again at Al’s Place on Saturday 16 November.The 4PLAY gigs fill up in a matter of days so make a booking soonest to avoid dissapointment!
It’s an evening of toe-tapping, foot stomping, bootie shaking music that includes a Beatles Tribute, as well as music from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. The band consists of veteran rockers Peter Smith (rhythm guitar and lead vocals), Terry Welch (drummer), Ivor Norman (lead guitar) and Leon de Bruyn (bass and vocals).
Tonights playlist features the best of the Beatles and also a collection of the best music from the some of the greatest rock bands of all time such as: Eagles, Mathew Southern Comfort, Creedence C R, Smokie, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Chris Rear Bee Gees, Status Quo, Bad Finger, Monkeys, Billy Joel, REM, Grand Funk Railroad, Dire Straits, Queen, Joe Cocker, Steppin Wolf, Bob Marley, ELO and many many more!
