About this Event
4km with Four!
We love running at Four. We also love getting involved with our Christchurch community.
So we thought why not combine the two, and host a fun event for our clients and their friends/family!
October is our third birthday so come along and celebrate three years at Normans Road with a 4km run/jog/walk, with ALL ticket sales going towards the NZ Mental Health Foundation - a charity that means a lot to our team and community.
Never run 4km before? Or keen to improve your time?
This event is suitable for all abilities - seasoned runners, those new to running, or those that are getting back into a walking/running routine following injury or time off.
On signing up you will recieve a link to a free program (you choose your level) designed by our running physiotherapist Sam Coombs to help you in your build up to the day and ensure you get to the start line injury free.
Where and when?
North Hagley Park - Victoria Lake by the tennis courts.
The Four team will be on site from 5pm.
The run/walk will officially start at 5:30pm so please arrive early to ensure that you are ready to go.
The course?
We will be emailing out the course map ahead of time for those interested, and will have leaders out front on bikes showing you the way if you get lost.

There will be some amazing giveaways - including some of our awesome services at Four, as well as some fun giveaways from some of our local friends.
