It was then that she found 4KIDS His Caring Place–a home and program designed for young women like Angel. 22 years later Angel is a mom, wife, and business owner, after creating 3C LMNTS & 3C Dance & Fitness in Port St. Lucie. Angel is a vibrant advocate for children and families in our community and understands firsthand how the resources and care extended by 4KIDS can radically transform lives.
