https://warrenkiwanis.org/turkey-trotThe Warren Kiwanis Club is planning the 46th Annual Turkey Trot, a Thanksgiving morning running event featuring a 5-Mile race, a 2-Mile race, and a 1K fun for kids 10 and under. This year in 2024, we hope to grow our participant levels and live up to our reputation as one of the premier amateur events in the region. The Turkey Trot not only provides runners the opportunity to stretch their legs before enjoying the feasts and festivities of the Thanksgiving Holiday, it also the principal fundraising effort of the Warren Kiwanis Club. Each year, funds raised are used to provide scholarships to area high school students, and support the activities and efforts of many local organizations, both youth-oriented and community-minded. Last year we raised nearly $16,000.00 and we have netted as much a $22,000.00 in recent years.
