The Semifinals kick off at the Edmonds Center for the Arts with the top ten comedians of the Competition. Week 1 faces Week 2 for the first time and features emerging comedy talent from across North America.Judges score the comedians, and the audience adds one crucial role: the better the response, the higher the score. About the Competition
This event truly is the “Last Comic Standing”. The Competition attracts comedians from across North America and beyond. This event is one of the most prestigious comedy events in North America, launching the careers of people like Mitch Hedberg, Gabriel Rutledge and Joey Diaz. It is an outrageously funny evening, where you will see the comedy stars of tomorrow competing for their chance at fame and fortune. Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete, but only 32 comedians are chosen.
