About this Event
These friendly and welcoming 45mins weekly yoga sessions at The Southside Building are the perfect way to start the week.
After a gentle warm up, you will be guided through simple flowing postures that leave your whole body feeling strong, with energising breathwork to refresh your mind. There will be a guided relaxation to conclude, to help you move into the rest of your day.
The session is suitable for complete beginners to yoga, and also more experienced practitioners. Mats will be provided on a first come, first served basis, so please bring your own if you have one. Yoga clothes are not necessary but please wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
On arrival at The Southside Building on Hurst Street, please check-in with reception who will direct you to the first floor studio.
This session will be hosted by Bryony Morris, yoga teacher and founder of Body Mind Collective CIC. Body Mind Collective provides accessible and inclusive yoga and movement sessions for adults, children, and young people, who are currently faced with barriers to accessing services and classes. Any profits made from this session will be re-invested into supporting local communities.
