I experienced training under esteemed practitioners in India, offering a deeply rooted, holistic approach to yoga that blends physical postures, breathwork, & meditation. My style prioritizes mindfulness, personal transformation, and sustainable well-being for students of all levels. Through this journey, I have discovered my love for arm balances, amazing benefits of restorative yoga, quiet stillness of meditation, and a passion for sharing with others.
