The Downtown Carlisle Association is proud to host the 43rd Annual Harvest of the Arts festival on Saturday, September 27th from 10am-5pm.OVER 100 FINE ART & CRAFT EXHIBITORS will be setup along West High Street in downtown Carlisle, Enjoy the Kids Alley, a display of European Sports Cars, Live Music and Festival Food throughout the day. We also encourage you to support the many local merchants in our beautiful, historic downtown.
