What’s involved in a Warhammer 40k K*ll Team LTP Demo Day you ask?Well, as those of us who love Warhammer know, getting into the game can seem pretty daunting to new players or even those with a casual interest in the game/hobby. How do you build the models? How do you paint them? How do you even PLAY THE GAME? It can be a lot to take in all at once and we don’t want that to get in the way of all the fun the game has to offer! The purpose of the Demo day is to help people learn the basics of all of the above. To answer the questions everyone wants to ask and isn’t sure they have time for, and even a few they didn’t even know where to begin asking! Often times, it can be difficult to find someone to answer these questions, or time to show you the ropes. We want to take the stress out of learning a great game and help people join our community.
Demos:
We will have a few tables set up so people can come in and learn the rules of the game, and generally just hit the ground running!
We will have pre-built/painted forces from K*ll Team ready to tear each other to ribbons at your beck and call. (as well as people to help you figure out the new ruleset)
So if you ever wanted to learn the game itself, or are just curious about coming back to the game with its new ruleset after a break, this will be a great opportunity to jump back in.
Paint tutorials:
We will have a helpful experienced miniatures builder to help you along and answer any questions. For a lot of people, the most daunting step in picking up a game like K*ll Team is the build and paint. We are here to demystify that process, show you how easy it can be to do, and how fun it can be. We hope it will be a great time for new players to learn, vets, to swap techniques, and fun to be had by all.
