Program Overview: Over the course of 40 days, you will embark on a holistic journey that combines various yoga styles, meditation techniques, and mindful practices. Each day, you will be encouraged to dedicate time to these practices, creating a routine that promotes self-discovery, inner peace, and personal growth.
What to Expect:
Daily Yoga Sessions- Kriyasa Yoga™ is designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being. These sessions will help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Guided Meditations- Engage in daily guided meditations that will take you on a journey of self-awareness and inner calm. These meditations will vary in focus, from breathwork and visualization to mindfulness and loving-kindness practices.
Weekly Themes- Each week will have a unique theme to guide your practice and reflection. Themes will include grounding, clarity, resilience, and renewal, allowing you to delve deeper into different aspects of your being.
Journaling Prompts- Reflect on your experiences and insights with daily journaling prompts. This practice will help you process your thoughts and emotions, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself.
Community Support- Connect with like-minded individuals through our weekly meetings and weekly “study group” sessions. Share your journey, seek support, and celebrate your progress with fellow participants.
"Study Groups" will meet Mondays from 6:00pm-7:00pm and Thursdays from 6:00pm- 7:00pm; you'll be asked to select one of the groups to attend upon registration. Small groups will meet on zoom.
