"Break Ke Baad before 2025," an informal singles gathering catering to individuals aged 40 to 55, has smoothly transitioned from online to in-person events in Toronto. Inspired by a concept originating from NYC, this event offers a relaxed setting where participants can freely engage with each other.
What exactly is a singles mixer? Well, it's not speed dating; rather, it's an informal networking opportunity tailored for individuals aged 40 and above, with no one under 40 permitted to attend.
Here's how it works:
1. Matching is facilitated through stickers given to both men and women. If your stickers match, you're free to start a conversation. Every attendee receives a set of stickers, and even if you run out, you can still approach other singles.
2. Locks and keys are distributed to each man and woman. You'll use your key to unlock someone else's lock and strike up a conversation. Organizers determine whether men have locks or keys based on # of attendees.
The extended event duration provides ample time for mingling, and bachelors and bachelorettes are invited to this exciting event.
Please note:
Attendees are responsible for their travel arrangements, and ticket refunds are only issued in the event of a cancellation.
Entry is exclusively granted to individuals with pre-purchased tickets; tickets will not be sold at the event's entrance. Security personnel will handle any attempts to enter without a valid ticket.
We have seen this in the past events- unauthorized individuals without tickets are not permitted to loiter near the event venue in an attempt to gain entry. To ensure participation and avoid disappointment, purchase your ticket in advance and attend the event as scheduled. If you show up at the door and we have officially closed the tickets online you won't be allowed to get a seat. If tickets are available please purchase online.

Our refund policy acknowledges that events may undergo changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as attendee cancellations, weather, natural disasters, venue issues, or health-related concerns.
We do not commit to hosting an event solely based on sending updates; our obligation is not absolute.
Sickness refund- related to this we can't refund but we will give you a credit for our next event. Just share the previous ticket you bought via email.
Cancelled event refund-Refunds are exclusively granted if the event is entirely canceled, extending to the month, week, or day of the event, & we notify you of the cancellation. In such cases, full ticket price refunds (excluding service fees) will be processed.
Our responsibility is limited to the purchased tickets only. Any expenses related to travel arrangements will not be reimbursed or covered.
COVID: Given the rising cases this year, we strongly advise wearing a face mask for your safety. While it's not mandatory, wearing one can help save lives. If you're experiencing coughing or cold symptoms, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to admit such participants.
