Come and join us in celebrating the UYA Yoga and Arts Community!For our fourth anniversary we are inviting the community to celebrate with us and share our success with yogic and art activities that are free of charge and open to the public.
There will be an ongoing art exhibition by Cambodian artist Kaeu Sreypeou of CHUMHEN Art Residency, a Yoga celebration (108 Sun Salutations & Yoga Nidra), and a talk by UYA Founders Piseth and Kitty alongside CHUMHEN Coordinator Morokot, followed by snacks and drinks.

108 Sun Salutations
Our co-founder and lead teacher Lun Piseth will lead
us through a celebratory practice of 108 Sun Salutations, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation for deep relaxation. The number 108 is a significant number in Buddhism and Hinduism which symbolizes wholeness and a connection between humans and the universe. There are 108 beads in a Mala prayer necklace, 108 holy sites in India, 108 steps to Buddhist temples, 108 Tai Chi moves. Practicing 108 sun salutations is a moving meditation that connects the body, mind and spirit to the universe. It also promotes gratitude and contemplation during moon days or changes in seasons.

Open Studio Evening: Art Exhibition, Yoga & Artist Talk
Join us for an inspiring Open Studio Evening at CHUMHEN Art Residency, where art, yoga, and community come together. Explore the exhibition and engage in meaningful dialogue through a talk by UYA Founders and CHUMHEN Coordinator Morokot, followed by an Artist Talk with Kaeu Sreypeou. An evening of creative exchange, reflection, and connection in an open and welcoming space.
