This 4 week course is designed to help start you off on a path to Self love and Awareness. Getting to the root cause of issues is vital in understanding ourselves. I have created this course from my own journey. It's helped countless lives! Here are some of the important things we will work on for self discovery.
Creating goals and sticking with them. What is blocking you from sticking to your goals?
How do you handle stress, triggers, boundaries, emotions etc...
Look at what specific areas of your life need your attention.
Inner child healing and awareness.
Shadow work
Mirror work
Forgiveness
Each week homework/journaling will be sent home with you. The homework is all set up for you. All you have to do is answer the questions and journal your thoughts.
Each session we will discuss as a group the homework. This is a safe sacred space for healing.
We will also incorporate meditation and mindfulness.
The group is limited to 6 women.
