Join us for a month-long journey into the art of wildlife sculpture. In this hands-on class, students will learn the foundational techniques for creating dynamic animal sculptures—from building a strong armature, to layering and shaping clay,composition in sculpture, to refining anatomical features and capturing movement. Each four-hour session will focus on sculptural fundamentals as well asthe anatomy and gesture of animals, helping you bring your subject to life with realism and energy. Whether you’re a beginner exploring sculpture for the first time or an experienced artist looking to sharpen your skills, this class offers a supportive, creative environment to grow and create.
Class meets once a week for four weeks each session: 4 hours.
