What Each Session Includes
Each week follows the same calming rhythm so your nervous system can recognize safety quickly:
• Gentle grounding and arrival
• Extended guided meditation and sound
• Group energy work for nervous system settling
• Quiet integration and closing
You are welcome to lie down, sit comfortably, or simply rest.
Sharing is always optional.
This Circle May Be Supportive If:
• You feel emotionally or energetically tired
• Your body has trouble fully relaxing
• You’ve done “the work” but still feel overstimulated
• You want relief without pressure or performance
• You are sensitive, empathic, or energetically aware
No prior meditation or energy work experience is needed.
Why Thursday Evenings?
This circle is intentionally held on Thursday evenings, when the nervous system is naturally ready to release the week without yet shifting into weekend mode.
Thursday offers a sweet spot—less urgency, less pressure, and more capacity to settle—allowing the body and mind to downshift more easily.
The consistent timing also helps your nervous system recognize the rhythm and soften more quickly each week.
