This is a 4 week mindfulness meditation course, open to everyone who wants to learn about mindfulness meditation, bring the practice of mindful presence into their lives and to begin to cultivate a more awakened heart and mind. Life is busy. From the time you wake up to the time you go to bed, you face demands from work, relationships, finances, health. While navigating through life’s daily challenges it can be difficult to slow down, to pause and take a breath, to enjoy the simple moments of joy in your day.
In the 4 consecutive sessions (1.45 hours per session) you will learn to cultivate mindfulness and compassionate practices of the heart to nurture peace within and to cultivate inner strength and resilience to face the uncertainty of what life brings. You will be introduced to simple practices you can use anywhere to tune into your senses and become aware of what is happening within you and around you. We will teach you how to meditate, so that you can be with all that arises, celebrating the joys and easing the pain and sorrows.
