In this fun and engaging 4-week series, kids ages 8 to 12 will explore yoga through movement, breathwork, and playful activities. Each 45-minute class includes a mix of yoga poses, simple mindfulness practices, and interactive games to help kids build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus.
Children will:
- Learn foundational yoga poses and flowing sequences
- Practice calming breathing techniques
- Explore mindfulness to support focus and self-awareness
- Play fun yoga-based games and partner activities
This class is a great way for kids to stay active, release energy, and learn helpful tools for relaxation—all in a supportive and playful environment
