About this Event
This course will be made up of a series of workshops as well “homework” that will be assigned to each participant. The idea of this conditioning “homework” is to practice throughout the week to ensure that consistency is kept up. As Samuel always says “repetition is the key to memory” which goes for handstands and the conditioning behind it.
Whether you have a solid handstand and want to take it further or are still getting over that fear of getting upside down, this course will help you with the drills, conditioning, fear, variations, entries into handstands and much more for you to continue your journey on your own.
This course will challenge you no matter your experience, as everyone’s journey and experience will be individual.
