About this Event
As humans, we’re part of nature and her cycles. As women, we move through the same cycles with our bodies. Four seasons–in alignment with the earth’s. The seasons of the feminine.
To reclaim our inner power and wisdom means to reclaim our bodies and honor the seasons we move through. Each season of our cycles carries beauty that, once seen and listened to, can connect us with our intuitive gifts. A way to find balance and freedom in our hearts.
This is a 4-week experience and workshop series where we explore our own cycles in an embodied way. It is a container for an intimate group of eight women with whom we will explore, connect, and share our journey to owning our cyclic nature. To live a life that feels aligned with your soul’s path and is led by your heart.
Program:
Week 1, Apr 9th, 19:00-21:00: Winter
Week 2, Apr 16th, 19:00-21:00: Spring
Week 3, Apr 23rd, 19:00-21:00: Summer
Week 4, Apr 30th, 19:00-21:00: Autumn

The experience consists of 4 workshops/circles which are spread over 4 weeks. We always meet on Tuesdays at SJAEL in Berlin, Kreuzberg.

I'm Jil and created wildspaces in 2021, inspired by my own experience of exploring those spaces within that hold so much beauty and potential to create and allow a magical life to unfold.
I love bringing women together in a way where everyone feels free to uncover and express their innermost selves. These circles are influenced by my own experience and practices as a Hypnosis Coach and breathwork facilitator, working with ceremonial cacao, and body and mind practices that help you to land deeper within yourself and align with your female, cyclic nature.
