I am delighted to be holding Children's Reflexology Sessions at The Nest, Holmfirth. The 4-week course starts on 26 September 9:30 am-10:30 am
£40 for the entire course or £11 per session on a pay-as-you-go basis. Ages: 6 weeks - 12 months
Learn simple infant reflexology from Justine Gore a certified KidsFlex Reflexology Instructor.
Following stories of Mouse's House and his animal friends with rhymes, play, and therapeutic touch. Reflexology can help children with reflux, digestion issues, constipation, teething, boosting the immune system, coughs, colds, sore throats, allergies, and tantrums.
These sessions are a lovely way to learn new skills, nurture children's development, have fun, and socialise.
Attendees will receive weekly booklets for you to practice at home, too.
