The goal of my Core Series is to bring strength and awareness to the WHOLE ENTIRE CORE. We'll highlight the different part of torso visually via diagram and then we'll spend time finding and feeling the different parts physically.
This is a 4 week series. Each week we will move through a full range of motion just like a traditional yoga class. We’ll use different poses to engage the different muscles of the torso. You'll do a crunch or two but we'll emphasize activating the entire core using a variety of positions via standing, seated, kneeling, belly down and supine poses. By the end you will likely feel a new muscle or two in your torso and you’ll get to know your core as more than a six pack.
