A 4-Week Beginner Cake Decorating Course
After receiving so much interest, I’m excited to officially open registration for Cake Decorating Foundations — a hands-on beginner course designed to teach you how to bake and decorate cakes with confidence.
I taught cake decorating for over 10 years, and this course is inspired by traditional Wilton-style classes, with a relaxed and supportive approach that focuses on real skills you can continue using at home.
Over four sessions, students will learn how to:
- Bake cakes from scratch
- Make and work with buttercream
- Ice cakes smoothly
- Decorate both cakes and cupcakes using a variety of beginner-friendly techniques that turn an ordinary cake into a masterpiece
✨ What’s included:
- Decorating bags, tips, and a spatula (yours to keep)
- Recipes and supply list provided on the first day of class
- Step-by-step, hands-on instruction
- Small class size for personalized guidance
