Little Miracle - Baby Yoga Suitable from 6 weeks to 1 year old.
Class dates are October 24th, , 31st, November 7th & 14th - 10am to 11am.
The sessions cover safe and effective Baby Yoga stretches and very gentle postnatal stretches for mums that include baby too!

For Baby:

Classes are a blend of safe yoga stretches and movements for both parent and baby with fun sensory play, songs and rhymes.
Each session ends with relaxation.
Don’t worry if your baby needs a nappy change or fed; classes are baby led, so you tend to their needs, be that to feed, change or just comfort your baby.
The cost of a 4 week block is £40 and includes a sensory scarf and egg shaker for baby, weekly refreshments for mum and a certificate for baby upon completion.
What do you need to bring :

A towel or blanket for your baby to lie on

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the course due to medical reasons, I will do my best to accommodate you on to a future course.
*Please be aware that babies MUST have had their 6-8 week GP check before the start date of the course.
