Capoeira is a Brazilian art form which mixes martial arts, dance, acrobatics and music. It is an exciting way to develop your fitness and co-ordination as well as increasing confidence and self-steem. No matter what your fitness level, experience or age, if you are interested in trying something new then this is for you!
