Inbox or Text 609.994.4663 to ensure your spot�Class Description- This 90 minute weekly series will provide beginners with the essentials needed to start (or restart) their Yoga journey – instilling the groundwork and confidence to attend regular classes or begin an at home-practice. 45 minutes of yoga history and theory followed by 45 minutes of practice. The intention is to provide a semiprivate, relaxed, and informal setting where practitioners are encouraged to ask as many questions as they like throughout. No previous yoga experience required. About the Instructor:
Adrienne Costa-DiPaolo, E-RYT, CPT, MA is a 28 year fitness veteran specializing in yoga, personal training and group fitness instruction. Throughout her career she has worked with all age groups and people facing all different types of conditions such as cancer, pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, injury/surgery rehab, etc. Her personal yet practical approach has help individuals meet their health and wellness needs for more nearly 3 decades. In addition to having a masters degree in Health Communication from Monmouth University Adrienne also holds a 230 hr. certification in Kula Kamala Yoga, AAAI/ISMA Pilates, Group Fitness Instructor, Mind Body Personal Training, Tai Chi, Pre & Post a Natal Training, Sports Nutrition, Aqua, and Bender Barre certifications.
