About this Event
This 4-week Beginner Sculpt & Stretch series is designed for those who are new to strength training or looking for a supportive, accessible way to build strength and confidence.
You’ll be introduced to why strength training matters, major muscle groups, foundational strength-based movements, proper form, and helpful modifications. Each week offers a progressive approach that allows you to move at a comfortable pace while building awareness, stability, and resilience.
This series may be especially beneficial for those seeking support for peri- and post-menopausal health, increasing bone density, improving balance, and reducing fall risk.
Classes follow a slower, beginner-friendly version of our Sculpt & Stretch format, blending strength work with mobility and mindful movement. By the end of the series, you’ll feel more prepared and empowered to join regular Sculpt & Stretch classes with greater ease and confidence.
This series offers a welcoming environment to learn, ask questions, and build a strong foundation in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
