we will be teaching additional basic cuban salsa figures, on top of the figures from the beginners classes. Like various turns etc. (Nanthan) Compared to previous, we will try using 45 minutes to practice the basic figures before doing 30 minutes of Rueda de Casino (Jacob).
Rueda de Casino is a type of Salsa, very popular in Cuba where you dance couple wise in a circle. The various figures are called by a caller.
we will try to incorporate as many basic figures from the first 45 minutes, but the there will also be figures specific for dancing the Rueda, where calls involves changing partners in various ways
We recommend having experience with cuban salsa from the beginners classes or similar, bring your good positive vibe and your smile :):):)
