Youth in grades K-6th are invited to explore new ideas, put their designs to the test, and discover a new love for science. The event will begin with a planetarium show "One Sky" followed by hands-on workshops led by 4-H volunteers.
Workshop Tracks
Grades K-3
- Track A: Build the Tallest Building, Eggs to Chickens, Sniffin' Around
- Track B: All About Sharks, Be the Vet for Your Pet, The Magic of Recycling
Grades 4-6
- Track Y: It's Rocket Science, Service Dogs, Hands-on Anatomy
- Track Z: Build a Better Boad, Mozzarella Making, What's up with Bats?
Things to know:
- Event held in Cohen Hall at the County College of Morris in Randolph
- Check-in begins at 10am
- Cost per child is $30
- Parents/guardians may attend with their child(ren) at no additional cost
- Lunch may be pre-ordered or brought from home. Pre-ordered lunches cost $8 and include a slice of pizza, fruit, dessert, and drink.
