Day 1: Lombardy
Tuesday, April 8th 5 pm - 8 pm MT
Explore the Foods of Lombardy! Discover techniques to making a creamy risotto as well as the flavor of panetone!
Menu:
- Risotto alla milanese ( Saffron creamy rice)
- Costoletta alla milanese (breaded and fried veal cutlet)
- Amaretti Cookies (almond flour cookies)
Day 2: Veneto
Wednesday, April 9th 5pm - 8 pm MT
Dive into the flavors of Veneto! Stir into a delicious pot of polenta, and serve with a warm mushroom ragu.
Menu:
- Creamy polenta (smooth and creamy cornmeal)
- Mushroom Ragu
- Grilled radicchio ( a bitter cabbage)
- Buranelli Cookies(Venetian butter cookies)
Day 3: Campania
Tuesday, April 15th 5pm - 8 pm MT
Taste the cuisine of Campania! Form fresh pasta dough, then stuff and coat in sauce!
Menu:
- Fresh Pasta Dough
- Fresh Ricotta Cheese
- Tagliatelle in Puttanesca Sauce
- Ricotta Agnolotti in Aglio Olio Sauce
- Broccoli Rabe with Garlic and Pepper Flakes
Day 4: Sicily
Wednesday, April 16th 5pm - 8 pm MT
Delve into Sicilian cuisine! Hand-craft gnocchi and discover the flavors of this Southern Italian cuisine!
Menu:
- Fennel, Orange, and Olive Salad
- Sicilian Ricotta Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce (cheesy dumplings in sauce)
- Seared Tuna with Caponata (sweet and sour eggplant with Tuna)

What is the cancellation policy?
Event registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the event date. Event registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the event. Missed events may not be made up.
The school reserves the right to cancel any event not meeting sign up standards and to change recipes based on product availability.
*It is extremely rare for an event to be canceled due to weather.
Is there an age requirement?
Participants under the age of 18 may attend our events when they register and attend the event with a parent or guardian.
Is there a dress code?
This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during event.
