No prior knowledge is required. Simply the desire to understand your thinking around a painful event, a painful relationship, and the cause of suffering for you--and how to get out of it.
This non-residential intensive is limited to an intimate size of 10 people and we meet in Lake Forest Park in a gorgeous and cozy meeting space (Work With Grace headquarters).
Approximate schedule:
Morning session 9:30am-12:30pm
Lunch Break 12:30pm-2:30pm (many options across the street in the town center)
Afternoon session 2:30pm-5:30pm
Dinner 5:30pm-7:00pm
Evening Session 7:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday we'll have a very special outing for somatic movement with no talking (you may want to be still the entire time, and this is totally OK). This is an outing at an offsite location about 10 minutes away.
You are responsible for your own meals, and there are many many choices within walking distance including groceries.
