Enjoy the ancient practice of yoga combined with SUP boarding as we take our yoga practice onto the water! Improve your balance, core strength, and emotional and spiritual harmony, as your body works to stay stable on the board challenged by both wind and tide.
We will also visit beautiful local beaches with iconic views to practice yoga with golden sand between our toes!
When at the base, we will be captivated by panoramic views of Dartmoor National Park, savour the warm space of the Merrifield Yoga Studio, and enjoy spending time under the moon and stars in the majestic Padma Shala.
Ideal for anyone who wishes to rest, restore, and revitalize!

• Friday – Candlelight yin yoga.
• Saturday – Beach yoga, (optional sea swim and coastal walk), SUP yoga.
• Sunday – Rise & shine yoga, (optional coastal walk), candlelight yoga nidra.
• Monday – Rise & shine yoga.
• All days – Delicious plant-based food, fun & laughter with like-minded folk.
• Feel free to participate in as much or as little as you wish.
