Join us for a guided Veneto wine dinner featuring a multi-course Italian menu paired with classic Northern Italian wines. Guests will begin with a salumi board and a welcome glass of Prosecco, followed by cavatelli with ricotta, wild mushroom ragù, rosemary, and pecorino tuile, paired with Bardolino.
The main course features Amarone duck breast with Amarone glaze, celery root purée, roasted cherries, and confit potato, paired with 2018 Masi Costasera Amarone. After dinner, enjoy Luxardo Maraschino as a traditional digestif before finishing with chocolate torta with hazelnut crunch, espresso crema, and cocoa nibs, paired with 2020 Luigi Righetti Campolieti Valpolicella Ripasso.
