The Welcome- Traditional Soda Bread with sweet Guinness sauce
1 - Cabbage, sausage and Quail egg
2 - Seafood Chowder- Celtic and Atlantic seafood with potatoes and creamy seafood broth
3 - Classic Shepherd's pie- Minced lamb, vegetables and Potato topping
4 - Chocolate Guinness cake with reduced stout glaze
