The event, hosted by Drugs & Diagnostics for Tropical Diseases (DDTD), will take place in Atlas’ Tavistock Private Dining Room, featuring a four course gourmet meal, paired with a curated selection of wine chosen by Georgia’s #1 Ranked Sommelier, Sam Gamble.
Wines selected for pairing focus on the major countries of origin that provided the cornerstone for our Atlas’s wine concept, and include Krug, Grande Cuvée, 167th Edition, Brut, Champagne, France MV; Daniel- Etienne Defaix, 1er Cru Les Lys, Chablis, France 2007; and Quilceda Creek, Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, Washington 2018. Fresh and local ingredients with the four course meal are partnered with the most sought-after grape varieties and vintages in the world of viticulture.
