The Jasmine Bar invites you to an exclusive evening celebrating the legacy and craftsmanship of Heaven Hill Distillery, exploring their iconic 78-10-12 mash bill—a foundation revered for its balance, bold flavors, and timeless quality. This immersive experience pairs four thoughtfully curated courses with exceptional whiskeys from Heaven Hill’s esteemed portfolio.

Guests will be greeted with "In Cold Blood," a signature cocktail featuring Fighting Cock 103 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon , designed to set the stage for the evening’s exploration of whiskey craftsmanship.

Each guest will receive a 750ml bottle of Fighting Cock Bourbon – the bold and robust bourbon bottled at 103 proof and aged for 6 years, known for its smooth yet powerful character.

The evening will be guided by Michael Buonocore of Heaven Hill Brands, alongside Juan Flores, The Jasmine Bar's Lead Mixologist. Together, they will share insights into each pairing, weaving the rich narrative behind every pour.
