4 Course Dinner at Le Cordon Bleu - 31st May 2024

Due to some exciting developments at our campus our Brasserie and High Tea events will be served in Le Cordon Bleu’s sunny Atrium on level 2 of the school.

This 4-Course dinner expertly prepared by our Superior Cuisine students is not to be missed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Tables are arranged per order. If you purchase tickets separately you need to e-mail [email protected] to advise which other ticket holders you wish to be seated with.

Date: 31st May 2024 (We are hosting additional Dinner sessions, to purchase tickets for these events please click here and select your chosen date. Tickets are non-transferable, please ensure you purchase tickets for the correct date.)

Price: $85 per person

Booking Times: 5:30pm | 6:00pm | 6:30pm | 7:00pm

Dietary Requirements: Our menu is set and we are unable to make any menu alterations or cater to any specific dietary requirements (including religious diets) or food allergies. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Matched Wine Option: If you would like to add matched wines to your dining experience you can do so on the day by paying an additional charge. Alternatively, we have a selection of wines to purchase by the glass or bottle as well as beers and soft drinks. We are a fully licensed restaurant and do not offer BYO.

The Menu: will not be released before the event. Please be aware that the menu will include fish, meat and shellfish components.

Tickets are allocated for specific seating times, please ensure you arrive promptly at the time indicated on your ticket.

The estimated time to enjoy the full Le Cordon Bleu 4 course dining experience is 2 hours. We invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy our students' creations.

Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu is our training restaurant where our students get practical experience in a real restaurant environment - all under the expert guidance of their chef lecturers. In the kitchen, we have students from our Diplôme de Cuisine programme who are working towards the completion of their NZQA level 3 or 4. In the dining room we have our Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business students serving you and putting their theory skills into practice.

Brasserie & High Tea Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided unless the event is cancelled by Le Cordon Bleu NZ.

• Customers can arrange for someone else to take their place.
