On April 2, the supper club will be dining at Boiling Pot on the NE side of town.I am super excited to try this new restaurant!
Hot pot is a flavorful broth served inside a large pot. The broth is brought to a boil and left simmering for the duration of the meal. Raw ingredients, such as meat, seafood and vegetables, are placed into the simmering broth and until cooked. The cooked pieces are dipped into dipping sauces for additional flavor. Hot pot is considered a main course and is usually served without rice or noodles on the side.
Boiling Pot does not have a website yet, so please check out their Facebook page for more info.
