You are invited to join us for the Lord's Supper at 4:00pm on Ash Wednesday to mark the start of Lent. The gathering will be in our building (Alvaston Parish Church - also known as Alvaston: St Michael's - Church Street, DE24 0PR).This gathering will be words only (no music) and as it is Ash Wednesday it will include ashing (being marked with ashes) - this is of course optional for everyone attending.

Readings this week will be from Isaiah 58:1-12, Matthew6:1-6,16-21 and Psalm 51:1-17
