Join us for the last 3RD SUNDAY Sound Meditation hosted by Chels Renee at Legally Brewed!
This will be a special Sunday celebrating Chels's 30th birthday and her upcoming move to Costa Rica. The Sound Meditation will occur from 1-2:30pm and it will be the last one hosted by Chels Renee for a long time! Stay after for a "Pallet Hang" from 3:30-7pm where we will all enjoy delicious brews, snacks, board games, poetry readings, and song swaps from local musicians.

Experience tranquility and inner peace at this in-person event held at Legally Brewed on West Main Street in Norman, OK, USA. Immerse yourself in a soothing soundscape that will transport you to a state of deep relaxation.
During the session, you will be guided through a meditative, immersive experience while surrounded by the harmonious tones of various instruments. Let the gentle vibrations wash away stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
No prior experience is necessary to participate in this event. Just bring yourself, something to lay on, a pillow, a light blanket, an open mind, and a willingness to let go and embrace the healing power of sound. Come and discover the transformative effects of sound meditation!
Legally Brewed will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase after. The recommended donation is $15.00; however, this even is open to all regardless of ability to donate to the event and staff.
If you'd like to grab some brunch to-go on Main St after the event, feel free to bring it back to Legally Brewed for the Pallet Hang after! There are records, board games, and quality people to spend your Sunday with. We will have some snacks, local musicians song swapping, and poets sharing their craft!
