The Erick A Garcia You Are Enough Foundation is bringing the 3rd AV Mental Health Awareness and You Are Enough Walk! Let's come together to support our community /Make a difference and raise awareness for Suicide prevention and support for mental health. This is an in-person event will feature guest speakers, mental health resources from our community partners, a community walk to show you that you are enough! There will be therapists on hand, support dogs, activities to remember our loved ones, as well as music, food trucks. Also, this year, we will be having an Adoption clinic to help pets find a forever home. This will be through our partnership with The Palmdale Animal Care Center and Jill Acres. Pets play a big role on our mental health and are great companions. Please consider adopting.You can create a Team (company team, family team, get creative!) and fundraise money for our cause. Lets change the narrative behind mental health. This is a free event but donations are always appreciated. With your donation of $20 dollars per person you can get a tshirt.

Thank you so much for joining us on our mission to break the stigma and bring Suicide Prevention Awareness and Mental Health Awareness to our Antelope Valley.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our decision to organized this walk Since 2022 for our community is very personal, as we have been affected by suicide in our Family. I lost my first born son Erick by Suicide in 2017. He was 20 years old. All proceeds from this event will go directly to our "You Are Enough" Scholarships to help our High School Students with their college expenses.
