***********NOTES SECTION**********************
* This is an all-day tournament, with pool play starting at 9am and a single elimination tournament after pool play. The finals of the single elimination tournament typically are done around 7pm, and while most teams are eliminated before that, you should plan on being able to play until 7pm. If you have other plans that will not allow you to play until 7pm, please DON'T sign up.
* If someone does need to leave, the remaining players on that team have the option of playing without that person or having a random draw of the people (of the same gender as the person leaving) who have already been eliminated.
If the team chooses to go with a drawn replacement player, they have to use them, they don't get to see who it is and then decide to play without a replacement.
Replacement players cannot come from someone who didn't play in pool play. The one caveat to this would be if it was a player who wanted to play, but didn't get in, but decided to show up anyway in case there was a no show.
* If you are going to be late (arriving after 8:30am), please notify us (Taylor Smith or Devin Zahradka), you MAY still get to play, but you may not get to draw for yourself and if you haven't contacted us by 8:45am your spot will be given to whomever we can get to fill it.
* If you sign up and receive confirmation that you are in, it is YOUR OBLIGATION to let me know if your plans change and you cannot play.
* There will be a separate setter draw. The female players who want to be listed as a setter will draw before other players in an attempt to distribute the setters as evenly as possible amongst all the teams.
To be listed as a setter, please state that when you sign up or you may also let me know when you show up and check in.
* This tournament is intended for competitive volleyball players ages 18 and older. Players should have both the DESIRE to play competitive volleyball, the ABILITY/SKILL to play competitive volleyball and some general volleyball knowledge.

**See pinned post for signed up list**
