This is our third year of free tai chi in this beautiful park. Enjoy the fresh air, the fabulous views and try tai chi with David & Helena from Lighthouse Tai Chi®, professional instructors who work for Rossendale Leisure.Sponsored by Gerry's Barbers & Rossendale Leisure Trust with support from Rossendale Borough Council.To join the free follow along session in the park, just come along - do as much or as little as you wish.No previous experience required. Participation is at your own risk.All ages and abilities are welcome.Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
