3RD ANNUAL MASSIVE RUMMAGE SALE TO BENEFIT RICKOVER NAVAL ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL (5700 W. Berteau Ave, Chicago--Portage Park Neighborhood)! Biggest rummage sale on the northside of Chicago! EVEN BIGGER THAN LAST YEAR!!!!! We have expanded--Now in our crazy big gym AND an additional multipurpose room for our boutique items! Note: the picture shown in this posting is from last year and we have even more stuff. We will be posting updated pics when we have everything set up by beginning of next week!
When: Friday, June 14th, Saturday June 15th, Sunday June 16th, 8am-3pm each day!
Where: Rickover Naval Academy High School (old Luther North building), 5700 W. Berteau, (Enter the Main School entrance), Portage Park Neighborhood in Chicago NW side. We accept both cash and credit/debit cards!
All Proceeds go to support the cadets and teachers of Rickover Naval Academy. Sponsored by the Friends of Rickover Naval Academy.
ITEMS FOR SALE INCLUDE (but not limited to--we have so much more and constantly updating as we sort and organize):
1. Clothing--Women, Men, Teen, Children--Boy & Girl, Infant/Baby. Types of clothes: Shirts, pants, jeans, dresses, skirts, blazers, sweaters, jackets, coats, pajamas, accessories (hats, scarves, gloves, belts, etc), maternity, swimsuits, costumes, hospital scrubs. We also have boutique room of designer and new items. Literally at least 25 tables of clothes! Brands for sale: Guess, Banana Republic, North Face, Gap, H&M, Tommy Hillfiger, Ann Taylor, Calvin Klein, Columbia, Limited, Jordache, JCrew, Eddie Bauer, Izod, Jones New York, Land's End, Chico, Liz Clairborne, Old Navy, also a sheer money dress etc. Most items price range $1-$3 though items in the boutique area may be priced more because they are new/like new items.
2. Shoes--Both children and adult--dress, casual, heels, gym, boots, slippers. We also have some designer shoes. Some of the brands include: Nike, Timberland, Uggs, Jessica Simpson, Converse, etc.
3. Purses, wallets, tote bags, backpacks, duffle bags etc--dozens and dozens and some really nice brands.
4. A whole LARGE mulit-purpose sized room of BOUTIQUE, ALL NEW ITEMS that still in package or with tags on or like new where you can find gift-worthy items!!! There are clothes, jewelry, shoes, appliances, household items, kitchen items, toys, games, health & beauty items, etc.
5. NEW THIS YEAR--Pop culture section--We sorted all the pop culture items as donations came in and pulled them together for the sale. In this section you will find clothes, toys, knick-knacks, decorations, books, etc related to Star Wars, Marvel/DC, Anime, Disney, Looney Toons, Sci-Fi, Pokemon, Mario, Fortnite, rock bands, Harry Potter and so many more!!!
6. ALSO NEW THIS YEAR--Team sportswear section--All professional and college team sportswear all in one place!
7. Books--Hundreds and hundreds of books! Both children and adult novels and non-fiction, cookbooks, religion, travel, picture books, phonic/sight books, early reader, self-help, magazines, activity books, baby board books, etc.
8. Tons of CDs, DVDs, VHS, cassette tapes.
