There is no atmosphere for making new PRs like a good ol’ fashion CrossFit liftoff. Join us for loud music, screaming fans, and enough adrenaline to lift weights you never thought possible. The goal is to PR as many of your lifts as possible despite a ranking. Come, see what you are TRULY capable of.

Athletes will get 8 minutes on judged attempts to achieve a one rep maximum. Athletes will have unlimited warm-up time before their heat so their first lift will not be ‘cold’. All heats will perform the first lift before moving on the second. There will be a minimum of 30 mins between each lift. Personal spotters/coaches welcome on the floor, but once the barbell is in motion any touching by the spotter will result in a no-rep.

Snatch (from ground, no hang, cannot be pressed out from below the top of the head)
Clean and Jerk
Squat (CLEARLY below parallel)
Strict Press
Deadlift (no sumo, hands must be outside feet)
