Beyond blessed to be able to host the 3rd annual PFTP!Join me and other POUND Pros while we lead an exhilarating workout, that will have you leaving feeling fierce.
A little background for this event. In 2019 I left a extremely abusive relationship. Soon after I discovered this empowering workout called POUND. For the first time in a long time i felt alive and no longer living in fear. Turning Point was there for me and are there for so many individuals in need. I wanted to find a way to share my story and give back to the shelter. From that POUND for Turning Point was started.
All proceeds raised from the fee for the class, will 100 % go to the Turning Point domestic violence shelter.
There will raffles, silent auction, shirts sales, vendors on site and so much more!!
