TOURNAMENT RULES
Minimum 2 girls, Maximum 3 guys.
Rally scoring.
There is no girl rule.
Open hand tips are allowed.
Players may double contact any first ball over (including serves) provided the ball is not held.
Players may double contact any second ball, provided they are setting the ball to their teammate with one motion.
Let Serves are legal.
A block is not counted as a team hit.
Foot Digs are legal.
Back row players may not block.
A 5 minute (set) and 15 minute (match) forfeit rule is in effect, in conjunction with the tournament director discretion.
If you are going to have subs, all subs have to play in pool play in order to play in tournament play. If there is an injury in tournament play, that team can play 4s as long as it's 2 guys and 2 girls, or they can find someone to take the injured persons spot, but the sub has to approved by the hosts.
Rankings will be determined by the following order:
Wins, Head to Head, then Point Differential. If it is not resolved by these three criteria, we will flip a coin.
If there is an argument, replay the point.
Payment per team will be $120.
