• We’ve moved our event to our recreation space (The old pool) so we can accommodate more crafts, products & services for you to enjoy, all on one level space!
• Entrance will be at the back of Family Children & Community Association at 377 Clinton Court, just across the alley from St Brigid Church parking lot.
• Handicap accessible.
• FREE off-street parking at St. Brigid Church at 383 Arch St, Meadville.

PARKING
Free off-street parking is available at St. Brigid Church at 383 Arch St, Meadville. On Street parking is available on Liberty Street and around Diamond Park.
ABOUT THE REGINA MERRITT SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Regina was the Executive Director at FCCA. Tragically she passed away February 1, 2022. Regina & her husband, Kevin, have two beautiful, talented daughters. The Regina Merritt Scholarship Fund was established by FCCA to offset college expenses for their two daughters.
It is our intention to continue hosting events like this to build the Scholarship not only for Regina's daughters, but beyond that to include future recipients within our community. We can't think of a better way to honor a woman that was so instrumental in education throughout her lifetime.
~WE ARE LOOKING FOR VENDORS ~
A Mother’s Heart event anticipates 200 – 300 persons in attendance between the two event areas. We heavily advertise on Facebook groups, through paid Facebook advertising and with posters/flyers throughout the community the preceding month of the event. We also participate in local event pages at various newspapers, television and radio stations where available. Additional advertising the week before the event includes local radio stations, Armstrong Neighborhood Channel and digital signage as well as radio, newspaper & television interviews. By participating in A Mother’s Heart, your business will be promoted on our Facebook page and wherever else possible.
CRAFTERS & PRODUCT VENDORS
Registration will start on March 21st. Watch our event page and FCCA’s Facebook page for additional information & links.
All craft & product vendors will be expected to donate an item for our Vendor Raffle Table. The availability of spaces is at the sole discretion of FCCA and Event Coordinators and may be limited to restricting too many of one type of vendor.
Spaces are 10’ in width and will be available as follows:
One (1) Space = $20
Two (2) Spaces = $35
Three (3) Spaces = $50
FOOD TRUCK VENDORS
Registration for Food Truck Vendors is open now. Look for application link on our event discussion page or message us.
Fee: Vendor agrees to pay the Regina Merritt Scholarship 5% of total sales made at AMH event from the time Vendor opens until they close.
Deposit: A nominal deposit of $25 to hold your spot is needed with your application. Deposit will be credited toward total % of sales due at the end of the event.
