Loyola University New Orleans through the Office of Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS) is hosting its 3rd annual International Women’s Day event, which will be held on March 13th, 5PM - 7PM, on Loyola’s uptown campus. International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. The featured guest speaker is Jen Hale, an American journalist working for Fox Sports as an NFL sideline reporter where she is currently paired with Chris Myers and Robert Smith. She also covers NBA's New Orleans Pelicans for Bally Sports New Orleans and also covers college football for Fox Sports.
Loyola University New Orleans is stepping up to provide an event to celebrate and connect women in the community and to highlight the wonderful work that Loyola University New Orleans is doing to elevate women. PACS is celebrating its 7th Cohort of the highly successful Women’s Leadership Academy as well as the upcoming 3nd cohort of the Young Women's Leadership Academy.
