About this Event
We all know someone that has been affected by heart disease. Join us in this fight against the #1 leading cause of death by using your heart on the court! We hope you view this as an opportunity to make a difference while celebrating our LOVE of tennis and pickleball. Don't miss out - space is limited!! This is for Men and Women and you will be playing doubles only. If you are unable to attend, you can still make a donation!
Last year because of you, we were able to donate $7500 to the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Heart Association! Thank you!!
Cost: Each session is $60.00 (All proceeds donated to AHA)
To avoid state taxes, the ticket option requires you to enter an amount. Please enter $60.00 in the box next to whatever session(s) you are planning on playing in. If you would like to make a donation in addition to the entry fee, please use the ticket option that just says donation (no sport or time listed). For example, if you would like to play in the 1st pickleball session, you would go to "Pickleball Session 1 4:30-6:00 pm" ticket option and enter $60.00 in the amount space and if you wanted to make a additional $25.00 donation, you would enter $25.00 in the donation ticket amount box.
PLEASE BE READY TO PLAY AT EITHER 4:30 PM or 6:30 PM. ALL ROUND ROBINS ARE SPECIFIC TO EACH PLAYER, SO IF YOU ARE LATE OR NOT THERE, YOUR ENTIRE FOURSOME FOR THAT ROUND IS MISSING OUT ON PLAYING TIME AND POINTS.

4:00 pm - Check-in and warm-up for 1st session of the Tournament
4 :30 - 6:00 pm - 1st Session of the Tennis (3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 )and Pickleball Tournament (Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
6:00 pm - Check-in and warm-up for 2nd session of the Tournament.
6 :30 - 8:00 pm - 2nd Session of Tennis (3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0) and Pickleball Tournament (Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
8 :15 - 9:00 pm - Announcement of session winners (winners do not need to be present), raffle winners (winners do not need to be present) and social time
- Advanced Registration is required
-You can sign up for 2 sessions
- Non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another player
- Prizes awarded to 1st place in each session of pickleball and tennis (4 winners in total)
- Sign-up is done individually. No partner needed. You will be moving up and down the courts and switching partners after timed rounds. If you have played in the past, playing sessions will be fewer, but longer.
- Raffle tickets will be sold for cash or Venmo the night of the event for fabulous items (winners do not need to be present). There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
- Food will be provided. Each registrant will also receive a drink ticket. Additional drinks will be available for sale (all proceeds are donated).
- Wear Red!
