Max's Taphouse is excited to present the 3nd annual Hops for Health, a one-of-a-kind fundraising event which will take place May 4th to benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Metropolitan Baltimore.May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we look forward to bringing the community together at Max's from 1pm - 5pm on the 4th!
All funds raised will go towards NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore's free mental health programs. Last year, NAMI Metro Baltimore reached over 9,000 people across Baltimore City and Baltimore County through its volunteer-run support groups, mental health education classes, and stigma-reducing presentations.

Hops for Health will feature exclusive specialty beers from partnering local breweries. These breweries have committed to raising awareness and funds to directly impact NAMI’s programs.

THE BIG WHEEL RACE IS BACK! 3pm outside.
Breweries are eligible to enter onsite. $25 per entry. BYOW - bring your own wheel. Winner will get 1 dedicated tap line at Max's for a year.

Releasing our collab with Pherm: I Left My Head in Cloud City - DDH Pilsner . This brew is a unique hybrid style showcasing a newer hop variety, Vista. Tropical fruit notes with a touch of fleshy stone fruit round out the hop character, while this beer still drinks like a clean and crisp Pilsner. The best of both worlds and surely to have you floating like Lando Calrissian in Cloud City. 6.5% ABV
Entry to the event is FREE. We will have a 50/50, a silent auction and other prizes to contribute towards our fundraising goal.
